Flow kits for ÄKTA ready™ 450, ÄKTA ready™, and ÄKTA ready™ XL single-use chromatography systems.
Flow kits for ÄKTA ready™ chromatography system 450, ÄKTA ready™ chromatography system and ÄKTA ready™ chromatography system XL are available for isocratic and gradient elution and support a wide range of flow rates.

ÄKTA ready™ 450 is designed for small-scale purification. The flow kit is delivered in one piece and can manage flow rates from 5 to 450 mL/min. The installation takes as little as 10 minutes, and the integrated sensors do not require calibration. An installation test confirms that the system has been set up correctly. A fully closed flow kit option is also available. The system can be used with a column volume up to 2.5 L and also includes a column holder for smaller columns.
Flow kit for ÄKTA ready™ chromatography system
ÄKTA ready™ Low Flow Kit manages flow rates of up to 175 L/h using columns typically less than 20 cm in diameter (approximately 5 L column volume).
ÄKTA ready™ High Flow Kit manages flow rates of up to 510 L/h using columns with a diameter typically over 20 cm (approximately 10 L column volume or larger).
Each isocratic flow kit consists of three separate parts: the inlet manifold, pump tubing, and the main flow path, which are easily assembled when the flow kit is connected to the system. Step-by-step guidance and documentation are provided by the UNICORN™ Installation Wizard.
For flow rates up to 175 L/h: Combine ÄKTA ready™ gradient low flow section with the ÄKTA ready™ low flow kit.
For flow rates up to 510 L/h: Combine ÄKTA ready™ gradient high flow section with ÄKTA ready™ high flow kit.

ÄKTA ready™ XL 3/4″ Flow Kit manages flow rates of up to 1900 L/h using columns typically less than 80 cm in diameter.
ÄKTA ready™ XL 1″ Flow Kit manages flow rates of up to 3500 L/h using columns typically less than 120 cm in diameter.
Each flow kit consists of five parts: the inlet, pre-column, column and outlet manifold, and pump head. These are easily mounted and connected to the system. Step-by-step guidance and documentation are provided in the system manual.
