he unique LDPE/Nylon laminate is an ideal impermeable barrier material for lining totes to transport product parts, raw materials or to line buckets containing disinfectants or other cleaning solutions. In addition to transport, and storage, the liner can be used to hold liquids going through the autoclave.
The BKL7 and BKL99 series liners have a horizontal orientation suited to rectangular buckets and containers. The BKL-2424 and BKL-2430 series have a square to vertical rectangular construction suited for round canisters and square buckets.
The film laminate is 75% LDPE, 25% Nylon, 3 mil thickness with good chemical compatibility. Sterile liners are flat packed, either individually double-bagged or in convenient packs of 6 liners. Non-sterile liners are bulk pack, up to 50 liners per bag.
